     Nope.  Not by mixing.  You have to MODULATE the AMPLITUDE of a   
   "carrier" with the intended "signal"..   
      
     Simply seeing something that appears to be "enveloped" does not mean   
   that it is amplitude modulated. Linear summation does not get you there.
