   A useless point here, MM vs MM.   
      
   If the O.P. is that clueless about needing equalization, chance are slim   
   to none that they have a moving-coil audiophool cartridge (and Slim just   
   left town). Don't know why folks always bring this up. The problem is   
   just no RIAA here.
