   I would suggest that a gentleman of refinement of taste would   
   be tuned to 92,3 MHz for BBC Radio 3.   
      
   BBC Radio 4 on 94,5 MHz broadcasts a number of programs which   
   are crude, offensive, and lacking in taste.   
      
   In fact both the Director General of the BBC and the Chairman   
   of the BBC Board of Governors were obliged to resign because   
   of mistakes made on a BBC Radio 4 program.
