   Are you conceiving driving a medium-mu triode in class A2 or AB2? Well, for   
   a MOSFET warming from 25C to 100C its bias voltage (which will be close to a   
   threshold voltage since the MOSFET will most likely be used at much lower   
   current thab\n it is rated at) will increase by 0.3...0.4V. Given that the   
   drive voltage will probably be of the order of several dozens volts, the   
   fraction of a volt can be ignored. You shall not bother worrying.   
      
   Better worry about the capacitances, nonlinearities of the capacitances and   
   slew rates.
