|    [OT] Water proof speakers    |

From: toby@tobiah.org              I was looking for a stereo speaker to use for watching movies on       a laptop. So many of them are 'water proof'. I assume this is done       by using non-porous materials for the cone and annulus.              The first thing that comes to mind, is that there is probably a sacrifice       that affects sound quality to achieve this. Is there any validity to my       hunch?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
