|    Suuggestion For Passenger & LT Tire Make    |

Leave the "Max. Cold Pressure" figure OFF the tire sidewalls period, since       more than half of       drivers, vehicle owners, and even supposedly "ASE Certified" mechanics first       look there for       what to adjust tire pressures to. Not kidding, leave it off!              Instead, next to the maximum load weight in pounds & kg, inscribe: 'REFER TO       VEHICLE       MANUFACTURER TIRE PLACARD OR LITERATURE FOR APPROPRIATE COLD TIRE       PRESSURES' on the tire sidewall, so as to remove any doubt.              The bursting inflation on tires made since the '90s is probably 50-100psi       above any pressure       the car makers are likely to specify anyway, so why list a Max. Cold number,       since it's not       near the bursting pressure anyway.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
