   All the cars I have rented _in Europe_ have headlight adjustment   
   dials in the cockpit, but none of the cars I've driven _in America_   
   have them, whether Japanese, European or American makes.   
      
   I suspect thekmanrocks hasn't driven many cars outside the USA.
