   No, just seriously pissed off.  It had an official name, listed in the   
   procedure manual, but that was quite a while ago.   
      
   I think the ground connections at the workstations were actually   
   grounded so the testing station wasn't actually useless (if the strap   
   made connection to the test station it ought to connect properly to the   
   connector at the workstation, right?), but I wondered if the  had   
   EVER been grounded.
