Some Vinyl/Leather/Rubber Cleaner works very well for me. I have Used
meguiars's product and Chemical Guys' product. Both seem to work fine. I have
also used WD-40 or PB Blaster with success before I discovered the
   Vinyl/Leather/Rubber cleaner products
haha. I put whatever I'm using onto a rag, and rub/scrub it into the blue
coating. Usually takes it off pretty nicely.
