   I moved from Houston, Texas to Lockhart, Texas.   
      
   I got my vehicle inspected in order to get my vehicle sticker.   
      
   The fee was $7.00.   
      
   I told the mechanic  that was cheap. In Houston, the fee would have been   
   $25.50.   
      
   That put a smile on my face. :-)
