   1) It's not defamation when someone speaks the truth (eg. you did get   
   into a bar brawl at the National Sales meeting in Arizona this year)   
      
   2) It's not stalking when someone gleans public databases (eg. for where   
   you've lived and where you went to college, etc) to put in a post such   
   as this

   Halden A. Zimmermann (former VP of Marketing at Leica, now LSD Leader)   
   went to the National Sales meeting in Tuscon, AZ from February 4-7,   
   2013 and picked a fight with a bar patron after imbibing all evening   
   long. Drunken punches were then thrown. Douglas Reed (acting VP since   
   Sandy Brandmeier was shown the exit last Fall) has done nothing   
   despite being told about the ABCs (arrogance, belligerence, caustic   
   attitude) of Halden Zimmermann.   
      
   Why would Douglas Reed pardon this violence in the workplace? What's   
   next, does Hal Zimmermann punch a sales rep or a warehouse worker and   
   then run for Douglas Reed's cover while getting another free pass?   
   Where is the leadership here? Answer: there is none from current   
   management at Leica Microsystems (a Danaher company).   
      
   The whole damn management bunch needs to be shown the exit door.
