   If babbling on the cellphone is causing accidents, then we should   
   see an increase in the number of accidents trending the use of   
   cellphones in the car.   
      
   I don't know if we see that, but, if there is a correlation,   
   it should show up in the numbers of accidents, period.   
      
   I'm not talking the number of accidents where a cell phone was   
   being used - I'm talking total number of accidents because the   
   number of accidents where a cell phone is in the vehicle has   
   got to be near 100% (since almost 100% of us have cell phones).   
      
   So, we went from 0% cellphones in cars, to nearly 100% cell   
   phones in the car, the number of accidents HAS to go hugely   
   up, if there is any relationship to "danger".
