   I don't have a cellphone nor a GPS navigation system.  :-)

   It depends how many of those "100%" of people are using the cellphone   
   while driving. As well as how many people actually confess to doing so   
   after the accident. It would be difficult to prove and real conclusion   
   either way.   
      
   What is in no doubt is that many accidents have been proven to be   
   caused by a driver using their cellphone, or any other unneccessary   
   distraction.
