   Cellphone use while driving is DEFINITELY causing SOME accidents.   
   There's no question about it. Whether or not it's some massive increase   
   isn't really relevant, and any way to decrease the number of accidents   
   is a good thing - if that means adding another law to the list of   
   things you can't do while driving, then so be it. Unfortauntely there   
   will always be selfish scum who don't believe any law applies to them   
   because they think they know better ... even more unfortunately, it's   
   these selfish scum who often end up killing someone other innocent   
   person. :-(
