   I was looking at cell phone *ownershihp*; but cell phone   
   *usage* is a better way to look at it.   
      
   I'll bet cell phone usage has had a massive spike, from   
   0% only a few years ago, to a large number today.   
      
   If accidents haven't correspondingly been increasing   
   just as massively, then those who say cell phone usage   
   causes accidents have some 'splainin' to do!
