   You've finally stumbled upon it :-) ! Congratulations. The only people   
   distracted by cellphone use are those using cellphones *while driving*.   
      
   Fortunately, most drivers -- at least, most drivers of my acquaintance --   
   just don't use cellphones while driving -- ever -- at all.
