   the problem is there are many factors that affect crashes, so you can't   
   just attribute it to just one thing (and that works both ways).   
      
   however, cellphones aren't as bad as some make them out to be since so   
   many people use them while driving and there is not mass carnage.   
      
   there are those who use cellphones while driving and if conditions   
   demand more attention, they say 'gotta go' and hang up. that's called   
   responsible use.   
      
   in the end, it's about being a good driver versus a shitty driver. some   
   people are just not particularly good drivers, and more often than not,   
   they won't accept the fact that *they* are the problem.
