   The "main" street is "Llewellyn Av"; it is 1,000 feet long.   
   The "side" culdesac is "Queens Ct"; it is 100 yards long.   
      
   99.99% of the traffic on Llewellyn is not related to the   
   people who live on Queens Ct or to the mental health center   
   across the street from Queens Ct.   
      
   I never asked anyone *why* they drive Llewellyn, but,   
   certainly the people who live in the *area* use it to   
   get to all the streets which branch off of Latimer.
