   I was assuming people would assume the pedestrian traffic   
   could have been high. It's not.   
      
   There is a mental health center across the street, which   
   has almost no traffic that I've ever seen, and there's   
   the post office at the end of the 1,000 foot long Llewellen   
   which does have a lot of traffic all day, every day.   
      
   But the Post Office traffic doesn't normally need to   
   drive down Llewellyn, except for local residents, which   
   wouldn't seem to me to garner any additional traffic   
   since the local residents are driving down Llewellyn   
   anyway on their daily errands.
