   It's like coming out of a driveway. You're just going to stop.   
   It's natural. Nobody is going to blow by that stop sign, and,   
   if there wasn't that stop sign, everyone would stop anyway.   
      
   I never said the stop sign on Llewellyn was a problem simply   
   because the natural thing to do when you enter a roadway from   
   a side road is to stop first.
