   The signs are almost certainly there for a reason ... whether or not   
   selfish and ignorant dimbulbs understand that reason.   
      
   If there is really an actual problem (for example, perhaps a sign   
   mistakenly left behind after modifications), then you get it checked by   
   the people in charge of it.   
      
   Either way ignoring a law simply because you don't like it or   
   understand it is idiotically and moronically stupid, and in the case of   
   driving laws, damn dangerous to you and other people on and near the   
   roads.
