   I don't have to "determine what the reason is". I couldn't care less   
   where they put Stop signs, and it doesn't even remotely change the FACT   
   that the law says to stop at one, whether selfish pig-headed morons   
   like it or not.   
      
   The damn things aren't that cheap, so they don't go around just   
   sticking one wherever they feel like it. There *IS* a reason - if you   
   want to know what it is, then go and ask the people in charge of   
   putting it there.
