   Seconds vs minutes but do keep ignoring the time involved in all your attempts   
   to justifiy cp use.   
      
   What do you think the accident rate would look like if cp and other   
   technologic play toys were banned? That there is a declining number of   
   accidents goes exactly nowhere to eliminate cp use as a major cause of the   
   ones that do happen   
      
   Clue:  It is not a "few" people getting into accidents while on the phone.
