   I never said anything about using a cellphone ... I said "uneceesarily   
   fiddling with an piece of equipment", but really meant ANY unneceesary   
   distraction.   
      
   The ONLY thing you should be doing while driving the car is DRIVING THE   
   CAR, which includes things like using the indicators, but does not   
   include fiddling with unnecessary bits like the radio, GPS system,   
   cellphone, airconditioning, etc.
