   I think it's funny that the black and white signs, which   
   announce that you have to turn your headligts on, also   
   announce that you have to turn them off.   
      
   So, since black & white is ONLY used for legal statements   
   (as per the MUTCD), it's odd that you legally, *must* turn   
   your headlights *off* when you exit the zone.   
      
   Oh, the vageries of traffic laws.
