   Some of the more foolish posters around here would probably claim that   
   it wasn't the cyclist at fault here, but all of the cars who were   
   clearly in the wrong for blindly obeying an illegal light and slowing   
   the cyclist down. Faster traffic is "prevailing" traffic, donchaknow!
