Unfamiliar with basic dynamics? Hit a 6,000-pound SUV head-on with both
vehicles traveling at 30 mph with a 600-pound motorcycle and see which
motor vehicle operator survives 99.999% of the time.

Hit a pedestrian at 40 mph with the 6,000-pound SUV and the 600-pound
motorcycle, and see which motor vehicle operator also gets severely
   injured 99.999% of the time.

Even more true with a pedal bike that generally weights between 15 and
   50 pounds.

But if you like proving yourself an idiot on Usenet, be my guest.
