Meet GM Europe (aka Opel/Vauxhall), a fine family of fun cars, not available

Ford is scoring big with the Festiva/Fiesta fun cars. Hey we want options. Why
not open the markets? Ukraine probably will be opening too. How about Russia?
I'm afraid we lost Russia this time. What is Europe doing with those unsold
   cars?
