It's not about Bush. It's not about Obama. It *might* be about Cheney or Rumsfeld, but cut to the chase: It's all about a modest-sized middle-eastern country that since 1990 has become both a cash cow, political talking point, punching bag for the military-industrial complex, politicians and media, and private-contract mercenaries.
