   A heartless bike-riding crook ripped a pocketbook away from a   
   defenseless, wheelchair-bound 98-year-old woman in Brooklyn,   
   cops said Friday.   
      
   Rozalia Boloyina was being pushed by her attendant on Ocean   
   Parkway near Church Ave. on Sunday when the brazen bandit   
   pedaled by and snatched her bag, which contained the senior’s   
   keys, $400 and a Medicare card, officials said.   
      
   Boloyina grabbed the crook as he passed, but the thief kept on   
   going, a neighbor said.
