I take state Rt 15(Merritt Pkwy) to work everyday, and observed something that   
   made me think: 'Is the right lane the new left?'   
      
      
   Drivers are whipping around other drivers in the left lane, nearly taking my   
   nose off in the process!(I'm in the RH lane)   
   In other words, so many drivers have occupied the left lane of this parkway   
   that it has become more congested than the right!.   
      
      
   And how, on roads similar to the Merritt, can the widely accepted European   
   method of KRETP(keep right except to pass) ever be revived here in   
   Anything-Goes-Land?
