   You must cooperate in order to go faster. It just makes sense within the rules   
   of the road --if enforced.   
      
   What we are witnessing is everybody trying to go faster and everybody is going   
   slower. And this chaos provokes road rage and many more accidents.   
      
   I emphasize the word "cooperation" because it proves my point that any system   
   that relies on it works better. Everybody trying to go faster is dysfunctional.
