   I think you are missing the concept of "hungry lion" (see my website) and why   
   you should not feed the lion. Red light cameras are a predatory scheme (160   
   bucks the flash), so find out what you can do about it:

   Speed cameras are the real thing. Make those cameras flash for small amounts   
   of money every time (30, 40 bucks) if you want to tame the roads. Don't expose   
   their location, of course.   
      
   That's the only way not to play the game without mind games.
