   True, but that spells lousy engineering. I think even a well-meaning idiot can   
   set those speeds better.    
      
   Around here they put a "bike sharing lane" right on a blind curve at the end   
   of the causeway. Well, you can tell they don't like us. Another causeway puts   
   the pedestrians to walk through the mud instead of giving them a decent   
   sidewalk. I guess they don'   
   t like pedestrians either.
