   True, the car is often the best. Now try beating the bicycle for convenience   
   around your community. The latest contraption is the "trolley" (minibus with   
   fancy ornaments) that doesn't go faster that 10 miles per hour. Oh yes, it's   
   free.   
      
   This is the question: TOO MANY CARS ON THE ROAD.    
      
   How do you get around that?
