   Speeding over 30 mph through a community is much worse than failing to stop at   
   a red light. You should get a ticket automatically, but instead of hitting you   
   hard one time, I would issue moderate tickets so you slowly but surely learn   
   to observe the    
   speed limit.   
      
   Since you deny corruption, you'll never argue they are trying to eat you. You   
   may have set up your own trap.
