   A couple of years ago,when in an unfamiliar part of Tennessee, just after   
   exiting the interstate the road I was going to take was closed for   
   construction. I followed the detour and expected the GPS to recalculate a   
   route. It took me off the detour road and through a residential area (nice   
   expensive houses on a hillside near a lake) and lead me right back to where   
   the construction detour began. Rather than continue going in circles, I ended   
   up getting back on the interstate and going to a different exit to find a   
   route to my destination.
