   These "tight" controls are obviously inadequate, considering the number   
   of injuries and deaths automobiles cause.   
      
   Trained, tested and licensed drivers.   
      
   Automobiles built to stringent government standards, inspected,   
   registered and licensed.   
      
   Driven on government-built and maintained roads, with the latest   
   government-designed and built safety equipment and signage.   
      
   Roads patrolled day and night by government law enforcement officers.   
      
   All to no avail.   
      
   Time to get rid of these machines of death.
