   "KRETP" - Keep right except to pass is not enforced   
   in a lot of states.  In fact, some states allow passing   
   on the RIGHT where it is "safe and permissible"   
   to do so.  I call it anarchy. Americans do not like   
   rules or being told what to do. That is why we have   
   republicans.   
      
   I'm tired of being in the right lane, and some jackhole   
   is riding my tail, high beaming and motioning me to   
   move over to the LEFT so they can pass or go faster.   
   What the ?!
