   Article on the news lasdt week.  Washington state patrol reported 75,000   
   tickets issued for failing to KRETP.  Probably by pissed off officers trying   
   to get through traffic.   
      
   Propsal is going through to add an offense "driving slowly continuously in the   
   passing lane".   
      
   Clarification in the papere "slowly" meaning 'at under the speed limit'.  It   
   is being held up as "continuously" is too vague for a law.   
      
   WTF difference is that and KRETP?  Some speculation is it would be an added   
   charge in addition to a KRETP citation.   
      
   I have reported people doing it to the WSP and reported drivers of commercial   
   vehicles to their businesses.  Doesn't seem to help.
