   In Europe all you would need to do is flash the lights at the idiot, but here   
   you fear he may brake hard or pull a gun on you.   
      
   They simply don't like anyone getting ahead of them. This causes confusion and   
   chaos as you may try to pass on the right. I suggest you imagine having a   
   machine gun in front while squeezing a banana.
