   I'm not promoting the sport. I'm promoting using the bicycle to do practical   
   stuff. I want to see what's going on in my community and go shopping. Walking   
   is not an option because the distances are too long and the sidewalks are   
   empty. Biking is fun. The    
   car is an overkill. It's stupid even if you own a car. "Buy locally, bike   
   locally." People don't do it because they live in fear.   
      
   It also means fewer cars on the road, more healthy people.
