   I took the suggestion to go to Afghanistan as a cruel joke. They do have   
   elections, if that's what you mean. Everybody has elections, even Haiti.

   You must be conscious that Europe is a strong ally of America and you must   
   lend them a hand. Do it for democracy.    
      
   It's not my intention to antagonize you, but to show others that there's a big   
   gap in perception between Europeans and Americans. Perhaps cyclists sympathize   
   with Holland and Denmark because they give priority to cyclists but nothing   
   else. Perhaps good    
   drivers envy the autobahn, that's all.
