   ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man is facing up to 20   
   years in prison for a fatal crash in which severed body parts   
   were left on the highway.   
      
   Jose Santiago on Monday pleaded guilty under a deal with   
   prosecutors in Allentown to charges including homicide by   
   vehicle while driving under the influence.   
      
   The 33-year-old Allentown resident says he doesn't remember   
   hitting the women but apologized.   
      
   His sentencing is scheduled for April.   
      
   The crash happened on the night of March 15 in Hanover Township.   
   Police say Santiago was drunk and high at the time.   
      
   Sixty-two-year-old Anna Lewis of Allentown died at the scene and   
   51-year-old Rosalie Carlo of Brooklyn, New York, suffered a   
   fractured arm.   
      
   Parts of Lewis' body were found later in Santiago's car.
