   I think the first step is to keep the masses from driving. Why should we   
   democratize the car? I know, it's all about money but our roads have reached   
   critical mass. Bumper to bumper!   
      
   Well, the first line of defense is to ban advertising of vehicles on TV. We   
   know how it works. The idiots buy whatever they see on TV (they call it the   
   "idiot's box). Make it harder, not easier. And we want speed cameras, of   
   course. We don't want the    
   idiots to be running loose.   
      
   At the same time let the good drivers prosper and multiply. Give them a   
   reward. Give them the fast lane.
