   A vehicle has ploughed through pedestrians in a packed New York   
   Time's Square leaving a reported 20 injured and one dead.   
      
   The red Honda car was pictured mounted across bollards after   
   reportedly travelling against traffic at around 30pmh.   
      
   New York Police said there are no link to terrorism at this   
   moment and the driver of the crashed vehicle was arrested at the   
   scene.   
      
   The vehicle lost control after "speeding" around the corner of   
   45th Street and Broadway.   
      
   Firefighters, police and ambulance services are dealing with   
   injured at the scene.
