   or merely a bunch of people intent on suicide?

   Self defense? You jump in front of a moving car, and then claim that your   
   placing yourself in danger justified self defense?   
      
   Sorry, I consider anyone willing to risk their lives to get me to stop   
   without cause....are a threat to me and I will act in self defense to insure   
   that they will be unable to endanger me...so get out of the way....or get
