With       enhancements of causing death or great bodily injury to more than one       victim, adding a fifth year to sentencing. The last year was added for       abuse and endangering the health of a child.              CDCR released a statement regarding her early release:              "She earned credits at the 50 percent rate. The sentencing court gave       her 404 days of pre-sentence credits, given for time served while       awaiting sentencing, and 10 additional days of post-sentence and vested       credits for time served while awaiting transport to prison and the       corresponding goodtime credits. Sanchez also earned milestone and       rehabilitation achievement credits for completing rehabilitative       program"              Terry Thornton, Deputy Press Secretary, California Department of       Corrections and Rehabilitation              On July 21, 2017, Sanchez live-streamed a video to Instagram as she       drove her sister Jacqueline and friend. Sanchez veered off the road near       Los Banos and flipped her car. Both passengers were thrown out.       Jacqueline died and the friend survived.              https://www.yourcentralvalley.com/news/crime/woman-convicted-of-live-stre       amed-dui-crash-that-killed-her-sister-released-cdcr-confirms/              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
