   He's widened his sphere of influence in recent years. The highest-   
   budget combat robotics competition in the world, /Battlebots/, must   
   have received some Haas sponsorship last year, as not only were there   
   frequent quick references to the teams' access to a CNC machine   
   thoughout the series, they even dedicated a small segment to the   
   "Haaspital", as they call it, during one of the programs.   
      
   I think he, or something with his name on it, even sponsors a few of the   
   individual teams.   
      
   However, all of that is dirt cheap compared to running an F1 team, I'm   
   not sure that's sustainable.
