   In a nutshell, the plank on the underside of HAM's and LEC's cars was worn too   
   thin. The stewards acknowledged that the bumpy track and additional sprint   
   race left the crews with less time to prep the cars for the Sunday GP, but   
   both men were still DQ'd.    
   VER and NOR were also spot-checked and passed.
